Taking care of Vulnerable Cancer Patients
Since the 1st of August 2022, sisters have been serving vulnerable cancer patients from upcountry (all districts) seeking cancer treatment services (Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy) at Rwanda Cancer Center under control of Rwanda Military Hospital. The following services are provided free of charge:
- Accommodation
- Feeding
- Transport from/to Rwanda Cancer Center/Kanombe
- Counseling Services (Individual and Group Counseling)
Different well-wishers including individuals, local Christian communities, local non-government organizations, etc. have been with Sisters to help and support vulnerable cancer patients.
