Training the new Nuns / Novices who later become the members of the Congregation

The process of training new nuns/novices transitioning into full members of the congregation involves spiritual formation, education in specific traditions, customs, and rules, and practical skills development.

Initially focusing on deepening their understanding of the congregation's faith tradition and values, this phase includes prayer, meditation, and guidance from experienced members for spiritual growth. Novices then learn about the history of the order, its founders, and unique charisms, fostering a sense of belonging and dedication to the mission.

Practical skills training in areas like pastoral care, community outreach, administration, and specialized ministries equips novices to effectively serve their communities and fulfill their calling within the congregation.
